Caia delivered 8 beautiful puppies yesterday, April 6, and all appear to be doing well so far! Four baby girls, four baby boys! More updates to come!

Caia will be having puppies this week, so they'll be available in about 9 weeks. Caia is a beautiful girl with championship bloodlines. She hooked up with AKC registered Mr Bear a while back, and we expect the result to be some beautiful little white puppies. Caia lives in Fruita, Colorado near Grand Junction. Samoyeds are rare in this part of the country, so she had to make a road trip to Utah to meet up with her very attentive boyfriend Mr Bear. Caia loves to take walks, watch tv, and be with people and other dogs. She's excellent with my 13 month old daughter. Samoyeds or "Sammies" are beautiful white fur balls who look like little tiny polar bears as puppies. They don't stay tiny, however. They range from 50 to 70 pounds as adults, and are rather enthusiastic creatures. They require quite a bit of grooming with the amount of fur they produce. I've seen pictures of sweaters made with their fur:) They are very loving dogs that want to be with their people.
